Your space is not confirmed until full payment has been received and processed.
We do not offer payment plans or hold spaces without full payment.
B. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy exists because:

food and materials must be ordered, shipped, and prepared ahead of time
substantial logistical planning and expenses begin as soon as you book
Significant non-recoverable costs are incurred on your behalf immediately after registration.

You are responsible for obtaining your own insurance that covers:

emergency evacuation
travel interruption/cancellation
baggage and personal property loss
We may require proof of coverage. We do not insure you or your property.

7. Meals, Dietary Restrictions, and Allergies
Food is a beautiful and essential part of the Girl in Paradise experience. Our private chef creates menus that celebrate flavor, freshness, and connection at the table.
At this time, our meals are prepared for general, non-restricted diets.
We are happy to offer vegetarian options, but we are not able to accommodate specialized or restrictive diets (including vegan, keto, gluten-free, allergen-free, or medical dietary requirements).
If you have strict dietary needs or food allergies, please consider whether this retreat is the right fit for you, as we want every guest to feel safe, relaxed, and fully nourished.

You acknowledge and agree that:
Caribbean weather is inherently unpredictable
storms may develop with limited notice
